Introduction
Once you have configured the Automatic Bookings Generation, you will have to automatically accept generated bookings. This article will show you how to do it as it applies to all payment providers connected with your database.
Before you start
Automatic Booking Acceptance works only for bookings, which have been generated by the system. The system will never accept manually created bookings. If you haven't configured Automatic Booking Generation yet, please check this KB article.
Several background processing tasks have to be configured before you will be able to use the Automatic booking acceptance. Please, contact the Perfect Gym Support Team and ask for the system configuration review.
Instruction
How to do Automatic Booking Acceptance?
1. Go to the PGM -> Finances > Electronic Payments > Automatic Booking Acceptance.
If you don't see this option, please go to Club ->System permissions -> Administrator -> The automatic generation -> AdministratorAutoAutoAcceptance
2. Automatic Booking Acceptance tab contains a list of rules, which describe when booking should be accepted. After clicking the Add definition button in right top corner, you will see a pop-up window.
3. Fill in all compulsory fields:
- Club - choose club from the list.
- Provider - choose provider from the list.
- Delay time - time in minutes. You can define additional delay after which booking will be accepted.

Min - if generated booking amount is lower than defined minimum value, email will be send to Responsible employee and booking will be accepted after additional 2h*.
*Since R93 we do not auto-accept billings with amount lower than min value anymore. Billing can be accepted manually -
Max - if generated booking amount is higher than defined maximum value, email will be send to Responsible employee and booking will be accepted after additional 2h*.
*Since R93 we do not auto-accept billings with amount higher than max value anymore. Billing can be accepted manually - Responsible employee - choose employee who will be notified when generated booking amount is lower than Min, or higher than Max.
Please remember - in system version R92 or lower the system will always accept generated booking - if booking amount is not within Min and Max, booking will be accepted after additional 2 hours.
Automation Center notification
If you want to be notified when the generated booking amount is out of defined boundaries, you have to configure this additional Automation Rule: Automation Event: EPayment booking warning before acceptance.
