Introduction
This article will help you design and upload your own email template using HTML dedicated to sending payment links.
There are two options available in PGM:
- send credit card registration link - read more about this feature here.
- send online gate payment link to contract payment read more about this feature here.
This article does not cover payment notifications via Automation rules. The above features do not require any Automation rules.
Before you start
Mind, that you would need some basic HTML skills to configure the e-mail template. Your IT department should be able to do it. In case you do not have such a department, or you need more assistance, the Perfect Gym Support Team is at your service! Fill in a Non-Development Request where you describe your need and send it to the Support Team. Be advised it is a paid service.

How to configure payment link notification template?
STEP 1
Go to the PGM → Automation → E-Mail notification templates.
Credit card registration link template
This is a system template which means you cannot remove it. However, it's possible to edit it's content. Fot this feature currently it is not possible to use different template or to use multiple templates. Registration template is available under PaymentSource Registration Link name.
Basic template includes a short message, which is editable content and [PAYMENT_LINK] which will be replaced with hyperlink when message is generated. To edit whole template select Source
You can edit whole style and text inside the template. But remember it is crucial that tag
<div contenteditable="false" id="content"></div>is always present and not editable in the template. Any type of text in this tag will be replaced with hyperlink. Therefore message for the customer should be defined outside content tag.
At the moment, there are no tags available to use in this type of notification.
STEP 2
Online gate payment link template
This type of e-mail notification also requires custom HTML template.
For this feature, we allow to select type of template during creating payment request. You can either create your own template following the rules like in previous example, or use built-in template with prepared content message. This system template is available under name OnlineGate Contract Payment. In this case [PAYMENT_LINK] will be replaced with generated link to online gate payment.
