Introduction
In PGM you can define prepaid amounts available for members, during topping-up the prepaid account in Client Portal.
- This article will show you how to change the available top-up amount for the Prepaid Account on the Client Portal.

Instruction
Following the steps in this article will allow you to change the view below, which you can find here: Client Portal -> Account -> Prepaid account.
How to edit the top up amount that will be visible on the Client Portal?
- Go to the PGM -> Settings -> Cashless bonuses.
- Click on Add bonus button.
- Fill in the information in the pop-up window (please see the screenshot below).
- Stage amount: Amount that will be available for top up (as shown above).
- Bonus amount: Amount that will be assigned as a bonus, when account is topped up with stage amount (it's optional and can be 0).
- In the Source field select MembershipPortal.
- Choose clubs.
- Click Save.
Please note that there is no option available to select a custom amount for the top up.
Hints
- You can select a bonus amount if you wish. However, if you don't, just fill 0 in Bonus amount field.
- You can add more than one bonus and all of the options will show up on the Client Portal.
