Introduction
This article will show you how to add results from SEPA booking to the PGM system.
Instruction
1. Go to the PGM -> Finances -> Direct debit
2. Enter the File download tab and click on the Report button.
3. Download the report from your last booking.
4. In the report file, add information in the F column and change the transaction status, i.e.:
- In case of IN PROGRESS status - when you get the information from the bank that the member's payment was done, you need to change the status from IN PROGRESS to OK.
- When you get the information that the member didn't pay, you need to change the status from IN PROGRESS to ERROR.
Additional option
In columns: G “Deny Code” and H “Deny description” you can also add information on the deny reason - why a member with the ERROR status couldn't have been charged.
5. After saving the file, go to the File upload tab and add the file. The system will automatically add the information and change the transaction status.
