Introduction
This article will show you how to enter the employee mode on Client Portal 2 using your PGM Employee credentials. These are exactly the same login and password that you use when logging into the PGM Employee account. This article explains how to enter this mode on the Client Portal.
- Employee mode will allow you to enter any existing Member's account on the Client Portal and perform any action like a regular User. The main uses are rejoining the gym, renewing a contract, showing club members how to use the Client Portal, updating details, enrolling in a course, or booking.
- Also, you can enter employee mode on Client Portal Reception Tablet. Here as well, you can do anything on the Client Portal as if you are that person. It can be used i.e. by the employee with a role like a Personal Trainer to register new sales on the tablet, enroll a member into a course, or book classes.
- If an employee wants to receive a password from Client Portal, they need a user account created.
Before you start
Make sure that your Employee account meets the requirements listed below:
- you have an active Employee account and you know your login and password,
- your system role has the permission Login to membership portal set up. It is important i.e. in the case of a Personal Trainer role.
- your system login is different than your first name - there may be a problem with validation if they are the same.
