Introduction
This article is to show how to properly add funds to the prepaid account and how to process purchases with use of it. You will also learn how to add more funds or remove already created transaction.
Instruction
Adding prepaid funds
Go to the PGM -> Settings -> Support tools.
Then, have a look at highlighted fields and fulfill these fields according to your needs:
Funds will be added through the process of data migration via XLSX/CSV file. The sample file can be downloaded by clicking the orange Download sample file button.
The file is very basic, it consists of only two columns, where you apply user number and funds you want to add to prepaid account.
You can add any number of users and the funds can also vary. It sets a deposit limit, you cannot spend more on a single transaction than you have on this balance.
Next, add your file and fill all necessary fields. Then click orange button Add prepaid. After it is done, results will show up:
You can now verify your users prepaid account balance both in PGM and POS:
To process the purchase via prepaid on POSweb:
- Go to POSweb.
- Click on the basket.
- Look for the product you want to add and click on the blue prepaid button.
The transactions are also visible in transactions tab on member's profile in PGM:
You can add more funds to the prepaid account if you want, using exactly the same method. You can also use the same file you have used previously, just change the values.
The prepaid account is now updated:
In case you made a mistake and added wrong value, you can easily remove the transactions and add once again, as it is presented below:
