Support Tools – How to search for a member using Credit Card or Direct Debit details

In this article you will learn how to find and verify credit card and direct debit payment details assigned to specific members in Perfect Gym Manager (PGM). This guide walks you through the use of the Search Tool in the Support Tools section to identify relevant payment sources using full or partial number inputs.

Before you start 

1. To access the Payment Sources Search Tool in PGM, make sure the required permissions are enabled:

  • Go to PGM > Clubs > System Permissions
  • Select the System Role you want to assign the permission to, then click on Permissions
  • Navigate to Administrator > SupportTools, and check the box for Payment Sources Search

2. If the Payment Sources Search permission is not visible, please contact the Perfect Gym Support Team to enable it in your database.

  • Enter the full or partial number

Instruction

How to find direct debit or credit card details assigned to a member’s account in PGM

  1. Open PGM and navigate to Settings > Support Tools.

  2. Click on Payment Sources Search.

  3. Choose the type of payment method you want to search for:

    • Credit Card

    • Bank Account Number (for direct debit)

  4. In the search field:

    • Enter the last 4 digits of the credit card number (by last 4 digits exactly),

    • Or enter the full bank account number or part of number (by any 4 digits minimum, 34 digits maximum).

  5. The system will display a list of matching results, showing the payment source along with the assigned member details:

  • Number: last four digits of payment source, which includes digits inserted in search field,
  • Member: Full name of member with payment source, together with link redirecting to the member's profile, 
  • Home Club: Home club of a member, 
  • Birthday: birthday of the member, to faster identification, if there is more than one search result, 
  • E-mail: email of the member, to faster identification, if there is more than one search result,
