General Troubleshooting
General inability to make API calls
If you are unable to make API calls, i.e. due to an error message:
1. Go to PGM -> Get Support
2. Open a new case
3. Describe your problem and specify:
- Exactly which endpoints are affected
Example: https://yourclub.perfectgym.com/v2/ClientPortal/GeneratePaymentLink
- What error message are you getting?
- Send us the full API call you were trying to make
- Describe what were you trying to acheive with your API call - what were you trying to do?
- Describe how this affects your business - what is the scope of the problem, how many club members can be affected by this issue?
