Introduction
The KeepMe connector is a Perfect Gym service that allows you to connect the KeepMe service to your Perfect Gym Platform. KeepMe uses data analytics to predict trends and behaviours to assist in the retention of members. Before you start
The KeepMe integration is built using the Perfect Gym API. It requires an API instance, as well as API access subscriptions to accept connections from our partners.
If you do not have these subscriptions, please contact your PG sales representative.
Instruction
When you sign up with KeepMe they will request an API key and an API Secret which should be supplied to them.
The API secret is used to authenticate access to the most critical parts of the system where access should be limited.
You can authorize Perfect Gym to do this, or you can do this yourself using this KB article.
This allows KeepMe to access all data in your Perfect Gym system. They will also need a staff account within your platform as some API actions require staff authentication and appropriate system permissions to function.

All support issues with KeepMe should be sent to KeepMe. Any bugs or technical issues arising from this integration will be promptly addressed collaboratively by KeepMe and Perfect Gym’s teams to ensure smooth user experience.
