Introduction
This article describes how to change or reset password in the Perfect Gym GO mobile application. Changing and resetting password flows are very similar. Go to the Instruction part for more details.

Before you start
To be able to change or reset the password you have to be logged into the mobile app.
Instruction
How to reset Password in the mobile app?
1. On the Login screen, enter your email address.
2. Tap Next.
3. On the next screen, tap Forgot password?
4. On the next screen, check if the provided email is correct.
- If not, you can correct the email address here.
- Click on Send.
- An email message with the Reset Password link will be sent to the provided address and you will be redirected to the next screen.
5. Next, you will be able to open the email app by tapping Open email app.
- You can also request a re-sending email by clicking on Resend the link now if the previously sent link has expired.
6. After clicking on the link received, you will be redirected to the website on which you can change your password.
How to Change password to the mobile app?
This feature is available from version 1.19.0 of the mobile app.
1. Open the Profile tab on the mobile app.
2. Open Settings.
3. Tap Change password.
4. You'll be redirected to the next screen, where you can see the address to which the email with the password reset link will be sent.
5. When you tap on Send button an email with password reset link will be sent.
6. After an email is sent you will see a new pop-up window with the confirmation.
7. Email and next steps are the same as in case of resetting the password described above in the Reset password section.
8. When changing password process is finished you will be logged out from application and you will need to log in with the new password.
