Introduction
It is still a common practice to conduct sales over the phone while handling a warm leads database. Whenever your team is having a potential client on the phone or having an upsell conversation over the coffee table, it is nice to have a tool that allows you to process the payment right on the spot. Thanks to payment links to contract transactions, it's possible to send the link directly from the Member profile in PGM to the member's email or SMS. Now, we have added an option to do the same with products. So, whenever you are chatting with your potential client about a Product or Personal Training session upsell, you can now send the link to settle the transaction while having this conversation.

Instruction
STEP 1
Add a Manual POS Transaction with Cashless Debit as Payment Method
Check how to create a manual POS transaction.
1. Go to the PGM -> Clients -> Clients -> Club members.
2. Select a member from the list and open their Profile.
3. Go to the Transactions tab.
4. Select the POS tab.
5. Click on the Add new manual transaction button in the upper-right corner.
6. A pop-up window will appear. Fill in all necessary information.
7. Select Cashless debit in the Payment Method field.
This way, only a debit transaction is added without processing the actual payment.
8. Click Save.
The debit transaction should be visible under the POS transaction tab.
STEP 2
Send the Payment Link
1. Go to the Transactions -> E-Payments tab in the Member Profile.
2. Click on the Create Online Payment Request button.
3. A pop-up window will appear. Fill in all necessary information.
4. In the Select Associated POS Transactions field, select the previously created debit transaction.
5. Click on the Send button.
This way, the payment link will be sent to the member's email address. In a moment, they should receive the email with the link allowing them to pay for the product.
STEP 3
Member Pays for the Product
1. When the member cheks their mailbox, they should see the message with the link included.
2. Having clicked on it, they will be forwarded to the online payment gateway of the respective payment provider.
This way the transaction will be settled.
