Introduction
Perfect Gym Pro App is an application dedicated to Fitness Instructors and Personal Trainers. In the application, you can manage your scheduled sessions, contact members or get notifications about cancelled bookings. This article shows how you can get to your all bookings screen and what information it contains.

Before you start
To access the All bookings screen you need access to the Pro App. It is an additional subscription in our Ecosystem. If you don't have it yet, contact your PG Sales representative. Learn more.
Feature description
To open the All bookings screen go to any Member Profile. You can access member profiles by pressing the Member's profile picture on any activity, or via the Who is in club tab. Here we will show you to access member profiles through activities.

1. Choose an activity.
2. Press Mark attendance, or scroll down and press on Participants.
3. In the list of participants, choose the person for which you want to check all bookings.
4. On their Member profile scroll down to see the Bookings field.
5. Press View bookings history.
In this screen, you will see all past member bookings up to a year ago as well as future ones, both classes and Personal Training sessions.
There are two kinds of filters that you can use to clarify the view:
- time-based: Today, Future and Past
- type based: Personal Trainings and Classes
You can choose up to 1 filter from every group e.g. you can show only today's bookings (both classes and PTs) or past classes etc.
In the booking list, a blue background on the booking start time indicates a future booking, while a greyed-out background indicates a past one. The green checkmark on the booking tile indicates that the member has attended classes or PT session has been marked as completed.
