Where to find Support tools?
Go to the PGM ->Settings -> Support tools.
Each support tool has his own permission, so make sure that you enabled the one, you are interested in:
The picture displays all available permissions, but some tabs are restricted to Perfect Gym employees. Only the client-accessible tabs are detailed further in this article.
Key features in Support Tools
- Balance correction - it allows to automatically remove members debts, zero-down their balances and clear manual transactions on their accounts,
- Migration - it allows to mass migrate users data from .xsl file.

- User transactions,
- POS transactions,
- Freezes,
- Emails
- Debt Collection.
- Users, including i.e.: Recalculating settlements and Excluding from E-payment,
