Introduction
You can create custom entrance reasons to allow visits to your club to those people, who are not club members or do not use their standard member cards for some reason.
- This feature will be useful to the PG Champion, Administrator and Club Manager.
Before you start
To access and manage Anonymous entrance reasons, you would need to have the following employee permissions set: System Administration -> Anonymous entrance custom reasons.
Instructions
How to create anonymous entrance reasons?
1. Go to the PGM-> Settings -> Anonymous Entrance Reasons.
2. Click on the “Add anonymous entrance reason” button.
3. A form will appear for you to provide the properties of the new entrance reason:
- Name – name of your new entrance reason. It will be visible in the POS and reports.
- Description – a short description of the entrance reason
- Start date/End date – validity dates for ‘using’ the reason
- Clubs – specify in which of your clubs this reason will be available.
- Usage limit – how many times this reason can be used by all the users in all of the clubs. After reaching this limit, the reason becomes unavailable. I you leave this field empty, the reason will be available at all times.
- Personal data required – when this is enabled, every time this reason is used, a window will pop up for employees to select an existing member associated with the card or register a new member. Otherwise, the system will let people enter ‘anonymously’.
