Migration Process
The process of transferring data from the previous software to the Perfect Gym Manager takes at least 1 month. Client cooperation is crucial. You will find the key steps of this process bellow.
Before proceeding with migration
- Type and scope of migration should be confirmed before the start of the implementation process.
- The client should have initial knowledge about the PGM system and know the difference in assumptions and actions compared to the currently used software.
Test migration
- At least 10 days before test migration:
- The Client provides access to required data.
- The Client provides login details to their current software or collection of reports in order to verify the received data by the support (nice to have).
- The Client provides contact details to a Technical person for consultation purposes.
- Perfect Gym performs a test migration.
- When the test migration is over, Perfect Gym sends an e-mail confirmation to the client.
- The client has up to 3 days to verify migration results.
- The client fills out migration feedback form.
- T2 Support replies to this form in next 3 days.
- Perfect Gym and client together prepare and agree on the Action list for final migration.
Final migration
- The date for final migration should be confirmed with Support and clients at least 10 days earlier.
- The client provides access to required data at least 24h before final migration.
- Perfect Gym performs final migration (normally it should happen day before go-live)
- When the final migration is over Perfect Gym sends to client e-mail confirmation
- The client has up to 3 days to verify migration results
- The client fills out migration feedback form.
- Perfect Gym replies to this form in next 3 days.
