Introduction
In this article, we're going to take a deeper look at one of the most widely used reports - POS Transaction Log Details in the PGM.
Before you start
In order to start using the report you need to make sure a necessary system permission has been granted to your account
This permission can be found here: PGM -> Reports -> Clubs -> Pos Transaction Log
Report description
This report shows all transactions processed through the POSweb - Point of sale application. For that reason, the report will not show any other transactions like payment gate transactions or e-payment transactions, unless they were processed through the POSweb application.
Filter descriptions

| Quantity |
Purchased quantity. These columns have negative values for refunding transactions. This column may have rational (proportional) values for mixed payment transactions: For example, If a member bought 1 PT for €100 and decided to do a mixed payment, ie. pay €30 in cash and €70 card, then the report for that transaction would have 2 rows:

| Net Amount |
Total net transaction amount (unit net price * quantity). These columns have negative values for refunding transactions. This column may have proportionally calculated values for mixed payment transactions (see 'Quantity' column description) |
| Vat name | Name of the tax rate used for the transaction |
| Vat Amount |
Total tax transaction amount (unit tax price * quantity). These columns have negative values for refunding transactions. This column may have proportionally calculated values for mixed payment transactions (see 'Quantity' column description) |
| Additional Taxes | Optional set of columns for regions with multiple taxes (India, USA, etc.) |
| Gross Amount |
Total gross transaction amount (unit gross price * quantity). These columns have negative values for refunding transactions. This column may have proportionally calculated values for mixed payment transactions (see 'Quantity' column description) |
| Payment Type | Payment type. Blank for unpaid 'cashless debit' transactions |

| Regular price | Unit price (before discounts). For contract transactions only transactions of type membership fee, admin fee and joining fee are supported |
| Cost |
Amount for which the given good was delivered (Warehouse module). These columns have negative values for refunding transactions. This column may have proportionally calculated values for mixed payment transactions (see 'Quantity' column description) |
| Profit | Transaction amount minus cost. These columns have negative values for refunding transactions.

| Margin % | Profit divided by transaction amount. These columns have negative values for refunding transactions.

| User number | Member unique user number |
| Full name | Name and last name of the member |
| Employee | Name and last name of the employee who processed the transaction |
| Payment employee | Employee that created the transaction/ Employee that is related to receipt. Often the same as 'Employee'. |
| Authorize employee | Employee that authorized the transaction. Often the same as 'Employee'. |
| Deleted time | Date and time of when the transaction was deleted |
| Deleted by | Name and last name of the employee who deleted the transaction |
| Deleted reason | Reason why the transaction was deleted |
| Is modified | Informs whether the transaction was modified. |

Type of product that was sold:

| Payment Number | Payment Id number for online gate transactions |
| Payment for debit | Value of 'CashLessDebit' indicates that this is a payment for an existing unpaid cashless debit transaction |
| Invoice number | Coma-separated list of invoice numbers for the given transaction |
| VAT payer ID | Tax Id of the payer |
| ReceiptID | An unique ID corresponding to a single sub-transaction |
