Introduction
In this article, you will learn how to generate and interpret the Student Booking Report in Perfect Gym. This report shows the number of bookings made by activity category and provides detailed insights into activity levels, class capacities, and booking statuses.

Before you start
To access this report, please add the following employee permissions to the suitable employee roles in PGM -> Clubs -> Employee permissions.

Fast lane
- Navigate to PGM -> Reports -> All.
- Search for Student Booking or select the Courses tab to find the report.
- Apply the desired filters (e.g., club, activity, level, date range).
- Generate the report in XLS or PDF format.
Feature description
To access the report, go to PGM -> Reports -> All.
You can use the search filter and find Student Booking or select Courses tab and find the report.
In the report filters, the below filters are present.
- Clubs - Select which club this report will generate. If left blank this will generate a report for all clubs your employee profile can view.
- Activity - Filter to the activity category
- Level - Filter to the activity level. This is hidden if Activity is not filled out.
- From / To - Select a date range to show the values within the date range.
Report Extract
Choose between XLS or PDF formats when generating the report. The following data fields are included in the report:
- Level: Activity level name.
- Nbr Class: Number of classes within the selected date range for that level.
- Max Stds: Maximum number of students that can be in those classes.
- Tot Stds Booked DD: Total students with a membership that does not require "Paid at reception."
- Tot Stds Booked Term: Total students with a membership requiring "Paid at reception."
- Tot Stds Makeup: Number of students who used a product to enroll in the class.
- Tot Stds Trial: (Set to 0 in this report.)
- Tot Stds Booked: Total students booked into the class, regardless of criteria.
- Vacancies: Number of open spots in the classes during the selected period.
- Booked, %: The percentage of the class booked, calculated as (Tot Stds Booked / Max Stds) * 100.
