Introduction
This report shows users that are not assigned in the courses next semester when comparing dates of enrolments.
Before you start
To access this report, please add the following employee permissions to the suitable employee roles in PGM -> Clubs -> Employee permissions.

Feature description
To access the report, go to PGM -> Reports -> All.
You can use the search filter and find Unassigned next semester users report or select Courses tab and find the report.
In the report filters, the below filters are present.
- Clubs - Select which club this report will generate. If left blank this will generate a report for all clubs your employee profile can view.
- Activity Categories - Select which category to be viewed in the report. If left blank this will generate a report for all activity categories
- From / To - Select a date range to show the semesters within the date range.
- Use Parent Agreement - The report will display the club member user agreements, by selected this option this will replace with the parents user agreement if the club member has a parent profile attached.
How this report works
In PGM->Classes->Semesters, the following option is used to determine the previous term to the next term.
Then it will compare the enrolments in the previous terms to the current term in the same activity category to determine who should appear on the report.
Report Extract
The report will generate into a single tab 'NotEnrolledInFutureTerm'
This will display the following columns
- Club - Name of the club the group is located in.
- User number - The user number of the student.
- Full name - The full name of the student.
- ParentUserNumber - The user number of the parent.
- ParentFullName - The full name of the parent.
- CurrentLevel - The current level the club member is on, this is within the same activity category the group is also located in.
- Email - The email address on the parent profile, if this is blank it will use the email address of the student.
- Phone Nr Mobile - The phone number on the parent profile, if this is blank it will use the phone number of the student.
- Previous Group Name - The previous group the club member was located in.
- Day of Week - The day/s of the week the group was running on.
- GroupActivityCategoryName - Name of the activity category connected to the previous group.
- GroupActivityUserLevelName - Name of the activity level connected to the previous group.
- TimeTableCategoryName - Name of the timetable category connected to the previous group.
- PreviousClassSemesterName - Name of the previous class semester the student was enrolled into.
- GroupDefinitionName - The name of the enrollment definition the student signed up to.
- Payment Plan Name - The name of the payment plan connected to the enrolment.
- Contract start date - The contract start date.
- Contract end date - The contract end date.
- Agreement Name - The name of the agreement and if the member has agreed to the agreement.
- If the “Use Parent For Agreement“ is ticked, this will do the following:
- Any agreement shown here will be the values used on the parent. If the member has no parent profile attached it will use their agreements.
- The name used in the title of the report extract will display “using Parent agreements“

- If the “Use Parent For Agreement“ is NOT ticked, this will do the following:
- Any agreement shown here will be the values used on the student.
- The name used in the title of the report extract will display “using Student agreements“
- The following values are used in the agreement
- TRUE - The club member has agreed to the agreement.
- FALSE - The club member has not agreed to the agreement, they have either disagreed or revoked the agreement after originally agreeing to it.
- BLANK - The club member has not agreed or disagreed to the agreement.
