E-commerce key benefits
- The system takes care of zone capacity management. The algorithm supporting this feature makes sure that at any given moment in time zone capacity is not exceeded.
- Integration with other PG apps. People who are booked online can be later served onsite using the POS application. Also, the module works with Automation center, Vouchers, Payments, Client Portal and PGM.
-
User-focused design of the buying process. During the process, the user walks through a coherent and easy process while most of the advanced calculations are happening in the back-end (like zone's capacity calculations or choosing the best available offer in a given time).
Also, the user has constant access to his cart, steps required to finish the process, and has to provide only the minimum amount of data needed to proceed with payment. Moreover, users can verify themselves using one-time e-mail codes. - Adjusted to mobile devices.
- Branding & Embedding - you can adjust the purchase flow branding and embed it into your webpage for a seamless experience.
- Flexibility - very advanced rules regarding pricing and availability that may vary between different use cases → It is possible to create a completely different process for birthdays and individual entrances, with different durations, prices, and available products.
- Forecasting zone occupancy → with bookings done online, you can estimate how many people will come at any given time and adjust the number of employees or availability of zones.
- Differentiate prices in online/offline channels → encourage your clients to book in advance by offering lower prices using e-commerce channels.
- Reduce the queues in your facility → people with online booking can enter the facility after a quick check-in at the reception.
- Up-sell & Promotions - Combine products in bundles and offer them as complementary goods (e.g. while adding an entrance, automatically add socks to the cart). Offer vouchers to reduce the prices of entrances or define thresholds for discounts (e.g. Buy 4 entrances and get the 5th one for free or -20% for groups over 6 people).
