Introduction
This article describes how to enable users to add comments when making facility bookings in e-commerce.
It would be useful for all the users of this path of purchase, which needs additional clarifications or leave some particular notes during the booking and purchase process.

How to enable users to add comments to facility bookings on the e-commerce platform?
Press the Edit button to go to the e-commerce flow editing.
This functionality is available only for the Book a facility slot and Book an entire facility services.
Press the Edit Details button to expand the view for editing the e-commerce service.
To enable users to add comments to facility bookings during the purchase process in the e-commerce module, select the Allow add comments option.
To display the comment input box, the user must select at least one product for booking a slot, or the entire product for booking the entire facility.
The maximum comment length is 4000 characters.
You can adjust your own wording to the comment' section. Please use Custom translations and Resource: CommentFieldLabel to change Reservation comment and CommentFieldPlaceholder to put your own text in the frame as an instruction what to add here for the end user.
After a successful booking, the comment added by the user will be attached to the facility booking and visible to staff in the facility booking calendar in the PGM module.
