In this article, you will learn how to buy products in the Mobile App.
Before you start
Your Club has to offer Products in the Mobile App.
Instructions
1. Go to the "Shopping" from the dashboard or the profile.
2. Select the Product you want to buy and click on "Buy now".
3. Select the Payment method (Clubs can offer more than one way of processing payments).
4. Complete the Payment process.
You will be redirected to the application. You will see that the payment is processing. It can take up to a few minutes depending on the payment provider. You can refresh it by just pulling the screen down.
5. After the Payment is completed, you will see the green label "Payment successful", and the product (or a bundle) will be moved from "Pending" to "Active" products section.
6. You can track your usage and validity period under the "Bought" / "Acquired items" tab.
If the payment doesn't go through, you will receive an error message. You can retry the payment or just dismiss the transaction.
