Introduction
Mass Anonymize Users option is used when you want to anonymize a large group of member accounts.

Important: Please, be careful while making this action, because the process cannot be undone!
There is a limitation to this action! If you want to mass anonymize the members data, you will be allowed to do it 6 months after their Contract end date. If you want to anonymize the members data prior to this date, use the single member's data anonymization option. For more information on how to do it, go to this article. Also, mind that after having anonymized a single member's data, they will no longer be able to log into the Client Portal!
Before you start
You have to prepare the list of Member Numbers that you want to anonymize.

How to use the 'Mass Anonymize Users' tool?
Step 1. Go to the PGM ->Settings -> Support tools

Go to Action tab.

Under the Users section, paste User numbers of the accounts you want to Anonymize.

In the Action dropdown list, select Anonymize Users.

Click the Run button to perform the action.
