Introduction
Automatic Transfer option will allow your members to be automatically transferred to another club based on the number of their visits in another club. Depending on your club policy and strategy, you can decide if members should be automatically transferred based on visit count threshold only or make the system take into account the number of consecutive visits.
- This article will show you how to set up an automatic change of a member's home club.
- This article will be helpful to PG Champion, Administrator, Club Manager and Club Owner.
Instruction
1. Go to the PGM -> Settings -> System settings -> Customers.
2. Select Club transfer from the list on the left.
3. Select options depending on your club policy:
- Automatic home club transfer policy - decide if you want to turn this feature on or off. If you want to activate it, decide which mechanism will trigger the club transfer.
- Disabled - by default, this feature is disabled. If you want to enable it, select the second or third option.
- Consecutive visits - select it if you want the system to count consecutive visits to trigger the transfer action.
- Minimum number of consecutive visits - this option will be enabled if you selected Consecutive visits. Enter the number of consecutive visits in another club. After reaching this number, the member will be automatically transferred to another club.
- Visits number threshold - select it if you want the system to count the number of member's visits to another club to trigger the transfer action.
- Minimum visits number within given time frame - this option will be enabled if you selected Visits number threshold. Enter the number of visits in another club. After reaching this number, the member will be automatically transferred to another club.

Time frame - this option will be enabled if you selected Visits number threshold. Enter the number of days to look up for visits. If you select 10, the system will take into account last 10 calendar days in search for member's visits.
- Exclude users with a given payment plan type - select payment plan types to exclude. Members enrolled in these specified payment plan types will not be automatically transferred
Users.AutoHomeClubTransferBasedOnMemberVisits.Task has to be enabled in PGM.
