Introduction
By adding the Mass Blocking Note, you are able to restrict the access to one or more clubs to all your club members by use of one-time action. The Notes will be visible on the Member Profile in the PGM and in the POSweb application.
- This article will show you how to block the entrance to the club for all club members.
- This article will be useful for PG Champion, Administrator, Club Manager and Club Owner.

Instruction
How to add Mass Blocking Note?
- Generate the All members report in the PGM system.
- Go to the PGM -> Settings -> Support tools
- Select the Migration tab from the menu on the left.
- Click on the Download template file button.
- Select the User interactions template option from the menu.
- Go to the Excel file. From this file, you have to delete External user column, and then copy column User numbers from the report All members to template which you downloaded prior.
- Define the Title and copy this information for all members in file column.
- In the Text column, define the Name of the blocking note.
In the column Is access blocked, the value must be set to 1.
9. In the Date column, define the date of the blockade in the format DD/MM/YYYY.
This element controls only the visibility of the note. It is not possible to schedule a blocking note for a future date.
If a note includes a block, the access restriction is applied immediately, regardless of the note’s date.
10. Save the file.
11. Return to the PGM -> Settings -> Support tools and select the Migration tab from the next menu.
12. Drop this file into the Choose a file section.
13. Upload and validate the file by clicking on the Validate user interactions button.
14. Click on the three dots icon and select the Migrate User Interactions button.
15. Click on the Accept button to activate the blocking note.
