Introduction
This article will describe the different areas of the centre attendance for the month.
It will display how this report works and ways to set up the fields within the report.
This report will provide the following information:
- Members scanning into the facilities.
- Guest scanning into the facilities.
- Anonymous entry into the facilities.
- Facility bookings where number of people have attended.
- Both POSWeb and Access server scans are recorded.
Before you start
To access the report, go to PGM->Reports->All and search for the report Centre attendance for the month.
This report is designed for the Australian and New Zealand regions.
Viewing the report
To download a report, select the club you want to use, and select the month/year. This will download all entries done in the month in XLSX format only.
Listed below are the details of selected fields.
Card swipe date
This is the first time the club member scanned to enter the club. If your club has multiple entry points to get to the area they need to go to, this will only mark the first entry point only.
Eg. Facility has turnstiles to get into foyer, however an additional door to get into the gym. This will only record the first entry point as this will register that they are now in the club. This prevents duplications in the report.
For any facility bookings using number of people attending in the booking, the card swipe date is the start date of the booking.
Relation
If the club member has any family links on the club member profile, this will register the type of link.
- User - The club member has no family links on the club member profile.
- Parent - The club member is the primary payer of the account, they will have spouse / children attached to their profile.
- Spouse - The club member is a spouse of the parent.
- Child - The club member has a parent controlling their profile.
- Friend - The club member has access in the club due to the friends access within membership add-ons.
- Unknown - The club member is using an anonymous entry entrance pass and no details are recorded on the system about the user.
Source
This is where the entry was recorded on the system.
- Access Server - This is any card scans on a device connected to an access server, such as turnstiles, gates, door entry.

POSWeb - This is any card scans or manual entries done on POSWeb.
Any anonymous entry such as QR Club entrance products has their first entry point set as the POSWeb terminal the product was sold on. - Facility booking - Any bookings made facility booking, when the number of people attending field has been edited on the existing booking with a number, this will add an entry to the report with the amount of people who were a part of that facility booking.
First Access Point
This is the access control device/POSWeb terminal which was used to enter in the club member.
For facility bookings, this is the club zone name.
Access rules
For any contract users, this will display the access rule used to enter in the facilities/premises.
Entry type
This will determine how the member was granted access.
- Contract - The club member gained access using a contract.
- Casual entry - The guest gained access using a product, the product club service type must be 'ClubEntrance', 'ClubZoneEntrance', 'BookingEventAndClubEntrance' or 'AllClubEntrance'.
- Qr code product entrance - A QR club entrance product was sold to an anonymous person and used to enter in to the facilities. For more information of the set up of this product, please have a look at the following guide here.
- Course - The club member gained access using a contract connected to the course module.
- Parent access - The club member is a parent, and has gained access due to a connected child.
- Friend access - The club member is connected to another member as a friend and gained access.
- Other access - Miscellaneous entry not covered by the above.
- Facility Booking - A facility booking where number of people attending
Item name
This will determine the type of product used to enter, depending on the entry type will determine the value here.
- Contract - The contract/payment plan name used to enter in to the facilities.
- Casual entry - The product used to enter the club.
- Qr code product entrance - The product sold at the time of purchase.
- Course - The activity level of the club member.
- Parent access - Will display Parent access.
- Friend access - Will display Friend access.
- Other access - Will display Other.
- Facility Booking - Will display the club zone name.
Item Category
This will display a category connected to the item name.
- Contract - This will display the payment plan category which is connected to the contract/payment plan. More information can be found here.
- Casual entry - This will display the product category connected to the product. More information can be found here.
- Qr code product entrance - This will display the product category connected to the product. More information can be found here.
- Course - This will display the activity category connected to the activity level in the course.
- Parent access - Will display Parent access.
- Friend access - Will display Friend access.
- Other access - Will display Other.
- Facility Booking - Will display the club zone type.
Entered Into Class
This will determine if the club member has been marked attended into a class at the time of visit (not quantity of classes).
This is useful to identify members such as course members where they gain access to the facilities outside of class times.
Quantity Entered
This will determine how many members have accessed the club.
For facility bookings, this is determined by the number of people attending.
For all other entries, this is marked as 1.
Hints
To produce sums for the month in your spreadsheet program, it is recommended to get familiar with pivot tables. Use guides found on the internet to help out with how pivot tables work.
