Introduction
This is an overview of the module contract cancel reasons in settings.
- This article will show you how to access, edit and add contract access reasons.
- This article will be helpful to PG Champion, Club Manager, and Club Owner.
Before you start
The permissions to add, edit or view or delete contract cancel reasons is found in PGM -> Clubs -> Employee Permissions.

Contract cancel reasons
To access contract cancel reasons, go to PGM->Settings->Contract cancel reasons.
Name - list of the contract cancel reasons by name, this can be searched using the search filter.
Active - a view of which contract cancel reasons are active.
Visible for clients - a view of which contract cancel reason is visible for clients
Edit contract reasons
Press edit to change the settings of the contract cancel reason.
- Name - Change the name of the contract reason.
This will change the values of the contract cancel reason if used in the past.
- Is Active - Change if the cancel reason can be used or not.
- Is visible on CP2 - Can this be used when cancelling a contract on client portal 2, reception tablet or kiosk mode.
Add new cancel reason
To add a new cancel reason, press Add new cancel reason on the top right hand corner of the screen.
- Name - Enter in the name of the cancel reason, this will be on display in all applications.
- Is Active - Can be used when cancelling a contract.
The system permission 'Always show all cancel options' will show all contract cancel reasons. Even the cancel reasons not marked active. - Is visible on CP2 - Can this be used when cancelling a contract on client portal 2, reception tablet or kiosk mode.

- If you do not see the cancel reason after following the instructions above, please contact the Support Team through the Get Support module to have it added to your database.
