Introduction
This article will guide you through the configuration of user agreements with clients signature required.
- This article will show you how to add an electronic member's signature to the contract during the registration process.
- This article will be helpful to PG Champion, Club manager, and Sales team.
Before you start
Before configuration, contact the Perfect Gym Support Team and ask them to enable two settings in the Back Office:
- ClientPortal.Policy.AgreementSignatureProvider - set it on Empty.
- ClientPortal.Feature.AgreementsSigning - set it on True.
Instruction
How to start configuration?
- Go to the PGM -> Settings -> User agreements -> Add new agreement.
- Fill in the below fields:
- Name - it's the name of the agreement. It is a technical field visible only to employees.
- Title - it's the title/name of the agreement visible to users.
- Content - text of the agreement.
- Agreement type - select Contract agreement from the drop-down list.
- Document type - select User Agreement from the drop-down list.
- Code - select HouseRulesAgreement from the drop-down list.
- Start date- select the date from which you want to start taking signatures from the members.
- End date - select the date until which you want to take signatures (you can leave this field empty).
- Is client signature required - tick this option.
- Visible in - select Client Portal.
- Visible for - list of payment plans to which this agreement will be applicable.
3. Attachments - in this option, we give you the possibility to attach eg. Terms and Conditions or different static attachments that will be assigned to the contract agreement.
4. Click on the Save button.
The signature will look like that on your Client Portal:
Hints
- The signature will be visible and saved on the Contract Agreement only if a member pays their initial payment during the registration process. If a member cancels the payment process, the signature will not be saved and this field will remain empty.
- If you want the Assign contract agreement to be displayed, you have to enable the Member documents screen setting.
To do that, go to the PGM -> System Settings -> Client Portal -> Members.
- If you want to send Sign contract agreement to your members as a part of the Welcome email in the Automation Center, turn on the event User contract has been created.
