Introduction
This article shows which club Member or Guest data can be collected in the Perfect Gym Manager during registration process.
- This article describes where you can define which data of your club Members and Guests you may collect in the PGM.
- This article will be helpful to PG Champion, Club Owner, and Club Manager.
Before you start
Make sure that you have access to the System Settings tab. Check if the following system permission has been added to your role.
Feature description
Decide which data to collect in the PGM
1. Go to the PGM -> Settings -> System Settings.
2. Select the below options:
- Visible - it means that this field will be displayed while the Member/Guest registration process.
- Required -it means that this field will be mandatory and needs to be filled in during the Member/Guest registration process.
- Unique - it means that in case an e-mail address will be added for the second time to the PGM system during the Member/Guest registration process, the system will display a message that this e-mail address already exists in this database.
3. Search for the Guest Data form tab and decide which Member/Guest data you want to collect and display in the Profile by ticking an appropriate checkbox.

If you want to add more options so that a member can choose from them, contact the Perfect Gym Support Team.
- The data that you set up in the System Settings in the PGM will be displayed in the Guest/Member Profile in the PGM, POSweb application and Client Portal. It means that you are not able to restrict which data should be visible during the registration process via POS and different data via Client Portal. You are able to set up different fields in the registration form for club Guests and Members.

- Also, you are able to add some additional fields that Members can file in while registering, i.e. Emergency contact.
- Mind that those additional fields will be displayed in the Guest/Member Profile in the PGM, POSweb application and Client Portal.

These fields work only If you add a value of these documents to your database.
- Go to the PGM ->System settings -> Dictionaries.
- Select Document type from the drop-down list.
- You can add i.e., Passport series and number, Student ID number, etc.
- Click Add.
