Introduction
In Perfect Gym, you can generate a variety of reports related to members' accounts. This category includes details about members' contracts and personal information. You can review the status of their contracts and any changes made to their accounts.

Before you start
Depending on your system permission, you may not be able to view some reports for security reasons. You can modify the visibility of these reports within System Permissions. Please contact your PG Champion in the event that you lack the visibility and the system permissions to modify your visibility for a given report.
Instruction
In order to find these reports:
1. Go to the PGM -> Reports -> All.
2. From the list on the left side select Members.
What reports are available in the Members tab?
Below, you can find information about the reports available in the Members tab, along with descriptions of the reports and the filters you can use during report generation.
1. Name: Accepted Rejected Members
- Description: The report generates a list of detailed information about accepted and rejected club memberships and the reasons for a potential rejection. Furthermore, the report displays detailed data on customer payment plan or access rule set start date.
- Filters: Country, Club, Since, Until, Acceptance status.
2. Name: Age of Members
- Description: Generate a list of club members with information about their age by date of birth entered to the system. It allows to tie customer relationships by enabling sending birthday wishes.
- Filters: Club, Membership status, BirthmonthSince, BirthMonthUntil.
3. Name: All Contracts
- Description: The report generates a list of detailed information about accepted and rejected club memberships and the reasons for a potential rejection. Furthermore, the report displays detailed data on customer payment plan or access rule set start date.
- Filters: Club, Since, Until, For, Contract Type, Status.
4. Name: All Members
- Description: This report shows all members, guests, and leads. It shows the lifetime (how many days a client has been a member)
- Filters: Club, Show guests, contract status, balance
5. Name: Archival user Vouchers
- Description: Here you can check the effectiveness of promotional vouchers. The report generates information about the dates and place of voucher purchase and its activation as well as basic data of a club members who have vouchers.
- Filters: Club, Since, Until.
7. Name: Booking Calendar Events Report
- Description: Here you can check the list of people who signed up for classes, platform which they used to order, time of entrance and the reason of resign from participating in activities.
- Filters: Club, Since, Until.
8. Name: Cessions
- Description: This report is to provides an overview of members who have transferred their membership to another user
- Filters: Club, Since, Until.
9. Name: Club account access usage
- Description: Report displays information about users of MyJatomi portal and the date of the last and the first measurement on TANITA.
- Filters: Club, Since, Until.
10. Name: Club Member payment summary
- Description: Download a payment history for a club member
- Filters: Club, Member, From, To.
11. Name: Club member Towel Services Usage
- Description: The report generates information about the use of towel rental services for club members.
- Filters: Club, Since, Until, Result.
12. Name: Contract extras (Membership add-ons)
- Description: Information about purchased add ons. Report shows active add ons as well as deactivated. Points service's duration and consultant who sell add on to client.
- Filters: Club, Date since, Date until.
13. Name: Contract summary report
- Description: This report summarises New contracts, Ended contracts, suspended contracts, future cancellations and projected Cancellations during certain time period
- Filters: Club, Since, Until.
14. Name: Conversion and retention
- Description: Here you can check the personal data of people who visited the club as guests, the principles on which they used the services of the club, purchased products and information on the packets of which have been used.
- Filters: Club, Created date Since, Until.
15. Name: Deleted users
- Description: The report generates a list of members that have been deleted from data base.
- Filters: Club
16. Name: Email Verification Status
- Description: The report allows you to check users with a selected email verification status.
- Filters: Club, Email verification status, User type, Contrac status
17. Name: Ended Contract Additionals
- Description: The report allows you to check data on the ancillary services which are no longer active, and gives the time that the client was assigned to the service.
- Filters: Club, Since, Until.
18. Name: Ended Contracts
- Description: The report includes detailed information about all canceled contracts, especially the join date, contract start and cancel date, cancel reason, payment plan type and basic information about each member.
- Filters: Club, Since, Until.
- You can also select options:
- Show additional contracts
- Exclude additional contracts
- Exclude free contracts
19. Name: Expired credit
- Description: The report allows you to generate an information about which members and on what term will run out of their credit card expiry date, or whether it is already over. With this tool you can effectively avoid a situation in which automatic payment is impossible.
- Filters: Club, Date
20. Name: Freeze
- Description: The report generates a list of currently frozen contracts. It also gives an information about the date of the beginning and end of freezing period, as well as the type and reason of freeze.
- Filters: Club, Date, Freeze status
21. Name: Interactions with members
- Description: The report provides information about all interactions with the client via the reception of the club - those planned, pinned, blocking notes, archived/completed and deleted.
- Filters: Club, For, Since, Until, Task, Is deleted, Message, Member number.
22. Name: Lockdown freeze extension
- Description: This report will allow you to extend the freezes of club members when a lockdown gets extended. This will not extend club members with only additional contracts. It is recommended to also run the new lockdown freeze report after uploading this report in support tools for any members who are new or missed as their freeze has ended. 23. Name: Lockdown freezes (new)
- Description: This report will generate a list of all current members to create freezes when a lockdown happens, please ensure you read the knowledge base article on how to use this report and support tools to upload the data. Follow the link for more information.

24. Name: Membership Statistics
- Description: The report provides detailed information about the quality of memberships in the region or a particular club. Moreover generates all the information on the revenue from transactions made by the club member. By analyzing the report you will be able to precisely characterize members and assess the risk of their possible leaving out the club.
- Filters: Country, Region, Club, Membership status, Financial status, Retention status, Since, Until.
25. Name: Membership Totals
- Description: Report that provides current quantitative data information about access rule sets available in your club, payment plans, financial status, divided by gender and age of members. This report will help you to quickly find out which access rule sets in your club are the most popular, and which may require additional promotions or change.
- Filters: Club, Membership Status
26. Name: New and paid contracts
- Description: Report generates total amount of contracts, which payment plan require regular pay and also shows you a total number of new memberships contracts.
- Filters: Club, Since, Until.
27. Name: New club members
- Description: Report generates total amount of contracts, which payment plan require regular pay and also shows you a total number of new memberships contracts.

28. Name: New contract Additionals
- Description: It allows you to create a list of club members who have purchased additional services, assigned to their account.
- Filters: Club, Since, Until.
29. Name: New contracts
- Description: It allows you to generate a list of the new members all together - with their contact information and type of their membership contract. It is possible to generate a report by selected criteria, ie. sign date/membership start date, access rule set, type of registration.
- Filters: Country, Since, Until, Club, For, Contract Source, Contract type, Payment plan type
30. Name: New corporate members
- Description: This report generates a list of the corporate members - it displays with their contact information and type of their membership contract. It is possible to filter report by selected criteria, ie. sign date/membership start date, access rule set, type of registration.
- Filters: Club, Membership Status, Date since, Date until.
31. Name: Not started
- Description: This report gives you a list of club members who signed up and whose membership has not started due to the change in start date.
- Filters: Club, Date
32. Name: Notifications Summary
- Description: This report will summarize all email, sms and push notifications that were sent within a date period from Automation Centre, manual notifications and newsletters. For more information please look at the following knowledge base guide here.
- Filters: Club, From, To.
33. Name: Notifications sent
- Description: The report includes information about the history of notifications sent to your club members, their content, the date of sending and delivery, and information about the success of the operation.
- Filters: Club, Since, Until
34. Name: Reactivated contracts
- Description: It allows you to see contracts that have been completed, and then reactivated with the dates of the above changes.
- Filters: Club
35. Name: Referrals
- Description: The report generates a list of referred customers along with their contact information and details about club member who these people recommended.
- Filters: Club, Since, Until.
36. Name: Registered from Internet
- Description: The report generates a list of club members who have registered their membership via the Internet. The report displays information about the user`s personal data, the date of registration in the system and type of chosen contract.
- Filters: Club, Since.
37. Name: Sales, Cancellations and No-Sales
- Description: It allows you to check the specific number of people giving up their club membership in a given period of time. It provides information about the duration of the contract, the cause of resignation and the balance of membership
- Filters: Club, Date, Sale event, Payment play type.
38. Name: Sent text messages
- Description: Generates a detailed report about the history of SMS messages sent to your club members, their content, the date of sending and delivery, and information about the success of the operation.
- Filters: Club, Since, Until, For.
39. Name: Surveys
- Description: The report displays information collected through surveys carried out by employees of the club. Summary shows the answers to those questions and respondent data.
- Filters: Club, Question, Since, Until.
40. Name: Transfer between clubs Report
- Description: The report generates a list of memberships that have been transferred between clubs with information about when and between which clubs came to the transfer, as well as current payment plan of a transferred member.
- Filters: Club, Since, Until.
41. Name: User changes report
- Description: The report allows you to generate all information about changes to a member's profile. It displays system logs, enabling you to easily check what changes were made during the selected period.

43. Name: User products
- Description: The report displays detailed information about the products purchased by the club members. Beside data on membership and financial status of club member, here you'll find the name of the product which member bought, its quantity and employee which made sale.

44. Name: User products summary
- Description: The reports displays all unused products for all of the members from the selected club.
- Filters: Club
45. Name: User documents
- Description: The report summarizing the documents uploaded to user profiles. Displays information including file name, document type, employee who uploaded and upload date.

46. Name: User recommendations
- Description: This report provides a overview of referred members and their corresponding club member who recommended them.
- Filters: Club, Since, Until
47. Name: Users used vouchers
- Description: You can check the effectiveness of promotional vouchers. The report generates information about the dates and place of purchase voucher and activation as well as basic Club Member data

48. Name: Users without photo
- Description: Report generates a list of club members who don’t have a picture on their own personal profile.
