Before you start
Depending on your system permission, you may not be able to view some reports for security reasons. You can modify the visibility of these reports within System Permissions. Contact your PG Champion to modify the visibility and the system permissions for a given report.
List of reports

1. Absence in club
Description: This report indicates members, who have not visited your club for a specified period. By monitoring this report you can improve retention and decrease the probability of leaving.
2. Access control
Description: It allows you to generate a detailed list of visitors in the club (at your chosen time period) along with information: who and on what basis was allowed to enter the club, about what time the member has entered and left the club, the result of his visit and the reasons for any rejections.
3. Access Control 2
Description: It allows You to generate a list of members who entered the club in the chosen period of time.
4. Access Control Summary
Description: Generates a report showing the number of entrances to the club divided into: user`s type, purpose of the visit (club member, the meeting), gender and access rule set/tickets with which they entered the club.
5. Access Reader Scans
Description: Access Reader Scans - Download a list of all access reader scans from 1 or multiple access reading points in a selected period. You can filter whether access was denied or allowed. The report provides additional information about Payment Plan Name, Access rules, Service type, Swipe Type, and Error code.
6. Centre attendance for the month
Description: This report will look at all entries into the club from POSWeb or access control, with all entries for 1 month only.
7. Centre Attendance report
Description: Centre attendance between date range, this report will only produce counts between a date range, separated by month.
8. Club member visit report
Description: Download a list of all the visits from a single club member.
9. Contact Tracing Report
Description: Shows visits and members that were at the same time in the gym.
10. Contract Visits in Period
Description: The report generates a list of club members who have vouchers with limited access to the club, including the limit that the client has, other entrances in a given month, and his last visit to the club.
11. Renting lockers
Description: This report summarizes rented lockers in a selected period of time. The information included is name, locker number, locker room start date, and end date
12. Special Buttons
Description: The report contains information about each usage of an opening gate button, as well as the opening gate date and name of an employee who opened it.
13. Top Visits
Description: Gives information of highest ranking members from Highest to Lowest and by gender for a time period.
14. User's cards
Description: The report displays information about which club members have their own club cards assigned with personal membership numbers and which members don’t have assigned cards. The report generates information on the already used promotional coupon, its effectiveness and results it brought, and also the employees who allowed or denied its use.
15. Visits in club
Description: Report generates graphs for checking the schedule use of the club, among others based on rush hour and the busiest days of the week in your club.
