Introduction
This article describes all the possible reports which can be found under the Personal training (PT) tab in Reports. Depending on your specific Perfect Gym license, this will determine the reports available to you.
- This article will be helpful to PG Champion, Administrator, Club Manager and Club Owner.
Before you start
Depending on your system permission, you may not be able to view some reports for security reasons. You can modify the visibility of these reports within System Permissions, in particular PT Club -> Only self and PT Trainer -> Only self. Contact your PG Champion to add them to your role.
Instruction
PT Booking
- Description: The report contains information about all booked personal training and its status. Data displayed, among other is: member name, employee name, training name, quantity and price. The results can be filtered by the status - whether one wants to display done training, cancelled or booked - multiple can be chosen. There is also the possibility to filter by a date range. This date range can either be associated with date of the training or date when the training was marked as done.

PT Calculate commission
- Description: The report dedicated to the clubs provides commissions for employees. The report displays information about the commissions provided for workers, positions that their occupied in employees hierarchy and amount of commissions. The result can be filtered by the club - one can view results for all clubs or for a particular one. One can also specify a date which is associated with the date of the PT.

PT Club
- Description: The report is a monthly summary of sold personal training. The result can be filtered by the club - one can view results for all clubs or for a particular one. One can also specify a month range which is associated with the date of the PT.
- Filters: Club, Month since, Month until
PT Club Horizontal
- Description: The report provides a detailed analysis of personal training sales amount in chosen month. It generates a summary for personal training of different status (done, undone, to do) and gives the amount of profit with its distribution. The result can be filtered by the club - one can view results for all clubs or for a particular one. One can also specify a month which is associated with the date of the PT.

PT Details
- Description: The report summarizes individual club members who have purchased personal training service. The report contains detailed information about the club member, amount of purchased PT, number of PT that were done as well as a ranking of the club members purchasing the PT's. The result can be filtered by the club - one can view results for all clubs or for a particular one. One can also specify a date range which is associated with the date of the PT.

PT From Perfect Member
- Description: This report features training sales versus perfect guest. It includes the data about the sold training, the user, quantity, net amount as well as the information about the conversations.The result can be filtered by the club - one can view results only for a particular club. One can also specify a date range which is associated with the date of the PT.
- Filters: Club, Date since, Date until
Mind that PT From Perfect Member report displays only the Products linked with specified employee positions. During PT product configuration, it is required to select Personal Trainer option in Employee position linked with product use. For more information see How to set up Personal Training in PGM?
PT Members
- Description: The report provides statistics of personal training from the chosen club. Quantity of purchased PT's with respect to gender is presented, as well as the said female and male members purchasing PT's as a percentage of overall members of each gender. Moreover overall information of personal training to be done is featured. In the last tab, detailed information for each member with 'to-do' personal training is presented, with the information about the instructor assignment. The result can be filtered by the club - one can view results only for a particular club. One can also specify a date range which is associated with the date of the PT.

PT New Members
- Description: The report provides information about personal training sold to the new members of the club, its status and price. The result can be filtered by the club - one can view results only for a particular club. One can also specify a date range which is associated with the date of the PT.
- Filters: Club, Date since, Date until
PT Trainer
- Description: The report provides information on sold and done PT by each trainer in the chosen club. It also contains useful information about the revenue and outstanding revenue. This detailed statement allows you to control the progress of the coaching staff sales. By default, only these Personal Trainers who have done training sessions within a given period will be included in this report.
