Introduction
This article is for clients who use the Active Exchange SportsEye business intelligence platform and should be run at the start of every month.
If you have recently commenced using SportsEye, please contact Support to get the historic visits and participation data as these tables will only provide one month of data.
Before you start
To access this report, please contact support as it will need to be made visible to your site first. Once this is done please add the following employee permissions to the suitable employee roles in PGM->Clubs->Employee permissions.

Feature description
To access the report, go to PGM->Reports->All
Either using the search filter, find 'Active Exchange SportsEye' or select Custom tab and find the report.
Due to Active Exchange SportsEye requirements, the report is separated into 3 reports to be uploaded via their FTP site, these are designed to be run once a month
- Active Exchange SportsEye Operator extract report
- Active Exchange SportsEye Course extract report
- Active Exchange SportsEye Sports extract report
The Operator and Course extract report will extract the relevant data for SportsEye. The Sports extract is a template only if you wish to use it to manually upload data.
As Sports teams is not handled in PerfectGym, this is only a template file for your convenience.
In the report filters, there are two filters which are present.
- Club - Select which club this report will generate. If left blank this will select all clubs your employee profile has access to.
- Date - Select the month/year the report will generate its data from.
- In the Operator report, for the Visits and Participations tabs this will only produce data for the month selected, for all other tabs, this will be a full data dump.
- In the Course report, the date filter is used only for the current price of the contract if there is any contract discounts on there.
