Introduction
Ability to permanently delete an account in the Mobile application is a basic functionality. By default required by the mobile application stores from any application they offer. If you no longer want to use the PG GO2 mobile application, you might want also to permanently delete your account in the App.
- This article describes how to delete the account in the Pro App.
- This article will be helpful to PG Champion, Club Manager, Club Owner and any other person using Pro App.
Perfect Gym Pro App is currently in the alpha version. It is available only for selected clubs. If you want to become an early adopter, just contact your Customer Success Manager and join the waiting list!
Instruction
How to delete an Account from Mobile App?
1. Open the Pro App and log in with your credentials.
2. Enter the Profile tab.
3. Tap Delete account.
4. A pop-up window will be displayed with an information and two options: Remove account and Cancel.
5. Tap on Remove account and mobile application will send an email with confirmation link.
6. An email with detailed information and the Remove account confirmation link will be sent to the email address, which was used for mobile app account.
The confirmation link will be active only for 48 hours. If you DO NOT click on the confirmation link within 48 hours after receiving it, the account in the Mobile app will not be deleted.
7. After clicking on Delete account confirmation link, a pop-up window will be displayed with one button Yes, remove. If You change Your mind, You can simply ignore this page.
8. Clicking on Yes, remove the Account from the mobile app will be permanently deleted.
Hints
Deleting the account from the mobile app DOES NOT result in deleting user's data from the club database.
The controller of the member's personal data is the club.
