Introduction
The article is for everyone who wants to learn how to get to the member profile in Pro App and understand the functionalities that are on the screen.
Instruction
We can get to the profile in three ways:
- via classes participants screen,
- via personal trainings details screen,
- via who is in tab
Navigating through classes:
1. Go to My schedule screen.
2. Select one class and click on it to see class details screen.
3. Click on Mark attendance button (1) or members' icons under text Participants (2).
4. Click on the user which profile you want to see.
Avoid clicking on the tick icon because it indicates this participant attendance on the class.
5. Then you will see member profile screen.
Navigating through personal trainings:
1. Go to My schedule screen
2. Click on selected personal training to see personal training's details screen.
3. Click somewhere in the red rectangle which contains first name, surname, business number, phone number and photo of the member.
4. You will be redirected to member profile screen.

Feature description
1. On the top of the member profile screen there is a Toolbar.
2. Below, there is basic information about member like photo, first name, surname, business number, perfect score level and number of points.
3. Two buttons:
- Email button
- Phone button
can be enabled and looking like this:
If buttons are enabled after clicking on them user will be navigated to another apps:
- Email button - opens default email application (it depends on settings in the device). Member's email will be automatically set as receipient. After sending the e-mail you will be redirected back to Perfect Gym Pro App
- Phone button - opens a dialer with filled club member's phone number. You can then call or send SMS to club member.
If email address or phone number of the user isn't added in PGM, button is grayed out, so after clicking on this button you will see dialog with the information that there is no information about phone number/email address in PGM.
Dialog for no phone number of the member in PGM is:
A similar dialog is displayed when there is no email address in the PGM.
4. Membership item
- Company logo
- Membership name
- Club name
- Icon and background of the whole item depends on the membership status. There are 3 statuses of the contract:

Frozen
-
No contract

Active
- Bookings - in this section you'll see up to three upcoming member bookings (both PT and classes).
- View booking history button - clicking on it will redirect you on Booking history screen.
