In R89 we have added a new report, which is an exportable extension of /Pgm/#/Crm2/Reports/LeadConversion/Details view.
Before you start
To access this report, ensure you have the correct system permission - Reports/CRM/LeadConversion. Go to PGM -> Clubs- > Employees -> System Permissions.
Feature description
LEAD CONVERSION REPORT
Description: This Report shows the number of leads created, leads rejected, completed calls, meetings completed, meetings booked, conversions to members, and conversions to guests per given consultant.
How to generate the Lead conversion report in PGM?
1. Go to the PGM -> Reports -> All.
2. Search for Lead conversion.
3. Select the appropriate club from the dropdown list to generate the report for a given club(s).
4. Choose the date since and until which you want to generate the Lead conversion.
5. Press XLS to generate the report.
Generated reports contain the values assigned to the appropriate columns listed below:
Column A - Consultant Full Name
Column B - Leads Created
Column C - Lead Rejections
Column D - Completed Calls
Column E - Meetings completed
Column F - Meetings Booked
Column G - Conversions To Member
Column H - Conversion To Guests
