Introduction
This report will summarise all email, SMS and push notifications that were sent within a date period from Automation Centre, manual notifications and newsletters.
Before you start
To access this report, please add the following employee permissions to the suitable employee roles in PGM -> Clubs -> Employee permissions.

Feature description
To access the report, go to PGM -> Reports -> All.
Either using the search filter, type in Notification Summary or select the Members tab and find the report.
In the report filters, the below filters are present.
- Club - Select which club/s this report will generate. If left blank this will select all clubs your employee profile has access to.
- From / To - Select the date range the report will filter.
Press XLSX to generate the report.
Report Extract
The report will open with multiple tabs. A details tab will look at all notifications between the date range selected, and summary tabs to combine the totals based on different key attributes.
Detailed Report
This will display a list of all notifications sent between the dates selected for the clubs selected.
- NotificationId - Unique Id sent to club member.
- MessageOriginatedFrom - Location from which the notification was sent from:
- Automation Centre - All notifications automatically generated from PGM->Automation Centre->Automation Rules
- Newsletter - All notifications generated from PGM->Marketing->Messages (newsletter)
- Manual Notification - CRM/User Profile - All messages manually created in either the club member profile or CRM user profile using the Send Email/SMS button.
- Manual Notification - Other - Any other messages not created from above. This may include manual payment gate links generated from the club member profile.
- DefinitionName - Name of the automation centre rule used to send the notification. If this is a newsletter, this is the newsletter name.
- Created time - Created time of the message. This may not be the send time (use LastProcessingDate column)
- UserHomeClubName - Home club of the member. This may not be the same location the notification was sent from.
- NotificationSentUserNumber - User number of the club member that the message was sent to.
- NotificationSentFullName - Full name of the club member that the message was sent to.
- RecipientType - In Automation Centre, there are multiple types of users that the message can go to. For this report, we are only looking at the following options:
- User - To the club member directly.
- ParentUser - To the parent of the club member.
- LegalGuardian - To the legal guardian of the club member.
Newsletters and Manual Notifications will always go to the user.
- NotificationAboutUserNumber - User number of the club member that this notification was about.
This will only be different to the field NotificationSentUserNumber where the RecipientType is either ParentUser or LegalGuardian. - NotificationAboutUserName- Full name of the club member that this notification was about.
This will only be different to the field NotificationSentUserNumber where the RecipientType is either ParentUser or LegalGuardian. - Channel - The format of the message. This could be set as Email, Push or SMS.
- To - Email Address / SMS mobile number of the user. This will be blank if push notification is used.
- Subject - Subject line of the message.
- LastProcessingDate - Last processing date of the message. This is when the message was sent.
- DeliveryAttempts - How many delivery attempts were made to send the message.
- Status - Status of the message to confirm if sent or failed.
- FromEmail - From Email address of the sender.
- FromName - From name of the sender.
- StatusReason - Information on why the notification failed to send (if applicable).
Summary Report By Channel / Summary Report By Type
These two tabs summarise the total number of notifications sent by channel, or by type (message originated from).
Delivery Failure
This displays a list of members who failed to receive the notification due to an incorrect/invalid phone number or email address.
