How does perfect score work?
There are 5 levels of Perfect Score:
- Green,
- Bronze,
- Silver,
- Gold,
- Pro.
A user starts at the lowest level, which is Green, so a user cannot be demoted from this level. The Pro level is the highest level, so the user cannot advance from it.
Perfect Score is calculated only for users who use the PerfectGym GO application.
Users earn 25 points for each club visit. For example, after visiting a club 5 times, the user will earn 125 points for these visits.
The user must earn 100 points each month to advance to a higher level. The number of months during which a user must earn 100 points to advance depends on the level:
- Green -> Bronze - 1 month,
- Bronze -> Silver - 3 months,
- Silver -> Gold - 3 months,
- Gold -> Pro - 6 months.
Not obtaining 100 points per month for the required number of months cause degradation of the user to one level lower.
For example, to reach Gold level a user can score 125, 100 and 300 points in 3 consecutive months while already being on the Silver level. In a similar case, obtaining the required number of points in the first month and less than 100 points in the second month will result in the user being demoted to the Bronze level.
A month for a user starts counting from the date of entering a given level.
