Introduction
This report will display a list of club members who have not been visited a club over a set period of time.
Before you start
To access this report, please add the following employee permissions to the suitable employee roles in PGM->Clubs->System Permissions.

Instruction
To access the report, go to the PGM->Reports->All
Either using the search filter, type 'Non Attendance' or select the Access Control tab and find the report.
This will display the filters that can be used to generate the report:
- Club - Select clubs assigned to members or leave the filter empty to generate a report for all clubs. The club selection will filter if the member's home club or contract location is at that club.
- Payment Plan Type - Filter to a payment plan type the club member has. If left blank this will display all contracts.
- Date - Select a date to find all non attendance from this date. Any club member whose last access was within a month of this date will be excluded from the report.
4. Press XLSX to generate the report.
Report Extract
The report will open up with a single tab and will display the last known activity the club member has had that has been recorded on PerfectGym.
This could be from one of the following situations:
- Access to the club via POSWeb or an access point.
- Booking of a class, course, personal training, or facility booking.
- Freeze end date.
- Contract Start date.
Then will display any members where there is no activity from more than a month old.
Non Attendance
- Home Club Name - Display the home club of the club member (Note: Member could have a contract in another club).
- User number - User number of the club member.
- Full name - Full name of the club member.
- Club And Contract Name - In brackets, is the club name, followed by the active contract the club member has. If this is a course this will display the group name instead. If the club member has multiple active contracts, this is separated by a comma.
- Parent Full Name - Full name of the parent, if connected.
- Parent User Number - User number of the parent, if connected.
- Phone Nr Mobile - Mobile number of the club member. If a parent is connected, this will display the parent's phone number.
- Email - Email address of the club member. If a parent is connected, this will display the parent's email address.
- Last Visited Club - Which club the member visited last. If the last date is coming from a freeze or contract, this will display the contract location.
- Last Date - The date of the last activity.
- Number Of Days - How many days between the last activity and the date filter used in the generation of the report.
- Type Of Access - This will display some information about what the last visit was about.
- AccessViaAccessServer - Club entrance via an external reader.
- AccessViaPosWeb - Club entrance via POSWeb.
- AccessViaUserPresence - User presence recorded on PerfectGym.
- ClassBookingAttended - Last known class booking that the club member last attended (and marked present).
- CourseBookingAttended - Last known class from a course that the club member last attended (and marked present).
- FacilityBookingAttended - Last known facility booking that the club member last attended (and marked present).
- PersonalTrainingAttended - Last known personal training booking that the club member last attended (and marked present).
- FreezeEndDate - End date of the most recent freeze.
- ContractStartDate - Contract start date of the club member where no other access has happened (ie. no bookings attended or visits in a club).
- Description - More description about the last visit the club member has. This may include the class they attended.
