Introduction
This article is about the details and usage of the Course Attendance report.
Before you start
To access this report, please contact PG support asking for this report to be made visible on your site. Once this is done please add the following employee permissions to the suitable employee roles in PGM->Clubs->Employee permissions.

Feature description
To access the report, go to PGM->Reports->All
Either using the search filter, type 'Course Attendance' or select the Course tab and find the report.
In earlier versions of PGM, this was located in the Custom Tab.
Club - Select the club you wish to generate the report for or leave it blank to display all clubs your login can view.
From/To - Select the date range.
Press XLSX to generate the report. This will download the report based on the settings provided with all current information on it.
Report
In the XLSX report, there are multiple tabs present. The first tab 'CourseAttendance' is a list of all club members who have data in any course between the dates selected. Every other tab is named by an employee who is linked to the group, and data relating to that employee will only be visible in that tab.
Course Attendance
The course attendance tab is dynamically generated based on the data which is present. Listed below is what will appear on the report and details on how to read it.
- Club - The club the course is located at.
- Course - The group name the member participated in.
- Term - If there is a Term / Semester connected to the group, this will display the term name.
- Term Dates - If there is a Term / Semester connected to the group, this will display the date range of the term.
- User number - The user number of the club member in the group.
- Full Name - The full name of the club member.
- Age - The age of the club member. This is calculated in decimal places.
- Medical Conditions - If the member has any medical conditions, this will be displayed here.
- Relation Contact - This will connect the parent and phone number to the report.
- Class Time - The class day and time (note: fortnightly classes are not represented here).
- Trainer - The employee connected to the group.
- Dates - The date columns are dynamically created based on the selection used in the report filters. The values in this area represent if the member has attended or not. Listed below are the values:
- Present - Club member has been marked present in that class on that date.
- Present (Product) - Club member has been marked present in that class on that date, however used a product to book in class.
- Absent - Club member has not been marked present, nor they have cancelled the class.
- Cancel (Full Return) - Club member cancelled class. The return type was 'Full Return' which means that the contract transaction that was connected to the class was deleted, of if a product was used for the booking, this was returned to be used another day.
- Cancel (Make Up) - Club member cancelled class. The return type was 'Make up product' which means that the contract transaction and product is still present/used. However a make up product was added on to the club member.
- Cancel (No Refund) - Club member cancelled class. The return type was 'No Refund' which means that the contract transaction or product connected to the booking is still present/used. No make up products was added on to the club member.
