Introduction
This article will familiarize you with the Access Reader Scans report, which can be generated in PGM. Your specific Perfect Gym license will determine the reports available to you.
- The Access Reader Scans report generates a list of all scans from one or multiple access control points within a selected period. You can filter whether access was denied or allowed. The report provides additional information about the Payment Plan Name, Access rules, Service type, Swipe Type, and Error code.
- This article will be helpful to PG Champions, Administrators, Finance & Accounting Team, Sales Managers, Club Managers, Club Owners, and Front Desk Team.
Before you start
Depending on your system permission, you may not be able to view some reports for security reasons. You can modify the visibility of these reports within System Permissions.
Instruction
1. To access the report, go to PGM -> Reports -> All.
2. Find the Access Reader Scans report by either using the search filter or selecting the Access Control tab.
3. This will display the filters that can be used to generate the report:
- Club: Select the club(s) for which this report will be generated.
- Date: Choose the date range for which you want to generate the Access Reader Scans report.
- Club zone types: From the dropdown list, select the zone types.
- Club service types: From the dropdown list, select the service types.
- Results: Choose between Allowed and Denied.
4. Press XLSX to generate the report.

The system will generate the report with a detailed list of all scans based on the filters used.
