Introduction
Your first club already exists in PGM. Now, you want to add another club to the system. The entered data will be used in document templates, i.e. contract agreements, reports and widgets.
- This article will show you how to add your club by going through the basic club configuration steps.

How to add another club to PGM?
1. Go to the PGM -> Clubs -> List of clubs
2. Click on the Add Club button.
3. Fill in all data required:
- Name - a full name of your club.
- Short Name - it will be displayed in some reports/widgets, where displaying the full club name is not possible.
- Symbol - it is a club symbol, up to 5 digits.
- Club Number - this is a unique club identifier.
This number will be used in Membership ID naming convention, e.g. Club ID = 101, member ID = 101000001
- Account Number - the club’s bank account number.
- Company - choose the company your club belongs to. You will also need to add the company to the Sale and Companies tabs and mark it as related to your club.
- Open Date - it's the day on which the club will become open.
This date is important during member registration as it defines the first day on which the contracts' start day can be set.
- Location Information - set the exact location of your club.
- Region Information - select the region your club operates in.
- Contact Information - add the street, postal code, email address, telephone number.
Important: do not change the number, if your database has already been migrated to the system!
4. Click on the Add button.
5. Click YES to confirm.
Your club has been added to the system! If you would like to add more clubs, repeat this process.
