Introduction
One of the first steps to set up the PGM system is to provide information about your Company. The entered data will be used by some functions (for example in the invoicing process), while also serving as a key requirement for the PGM to be able to record your sales data etc. This is a basic club configuration article. You will learn from it how to create the company, which will be assigned to your club and how to fill in within the PGM system all basic information about your club (e.g. address and basic contact data).
- From this article you will learn how to add your Company to the PGM system and how to connect the company with your club. The data you enter into the PGM system in this step will be visible in the club members' invoices and other documents.

Instruction
How to create your company?
1. Go to PGM-> Sale ->Warehouse -> Companies
2. Choose one of the following actions:
- Edit "Your company name" if you are adding the company for the very first time, or
- Choose the Add Company button if you are adding another company.
3. Fill in all important information in Basic information, Address data and Contact information fields.
- Basic information includes company name and region
- Vat Payer ID (VATIN, CRO – may vary depending on the application language),
Important: Choosing "Is club related company" is booked only for your official company data and indicates the fact, that this company owns the club. Companies without this checkbox are just other companies you cooperate with.
Also, here you will find later all the information on individual customers, who have asked for an invoice.
- Short description and additional notes field - if you want to add some information,
- Bank account number
- Address data (street, postal code, country, city)
- Contact data - web page address, telephone number, name of the representative person.
4. Click on the Save button.
