Introduction
From this article, you will learn how to make transactions on the POSweb application. You will learn how to choose payment methods, where to find the information on club member’s transactions and how to sell products on POSweb.
- This article will be helpful to the Front Desk Staff, PG Champion and Club Manager.
Before you start
Product visibility is set on the PGM system. If you want to sell a Product which is not visible on the POSweb, you need to add it to the system first. Go to this article to find how to do it.
If your club is using the Warehouse, make sure the Product you want to sell has been added on stock first. Go to this article for more information.
The above tasks are usually performed by Club Manager or PG Champion.
Instruction
How to sell products on POSweb?
1. Open the POSweb application.
2. Select the POS tab.
3. Click on the Product you want to sell. i.e. Protein Bar. The selected Product will be displayed in the Transaction tab on the right.
The % icon on the Product means, that there is a discount available.
4. Select the payment method - Card or Cash.
Credit card transactions need to be additionally confirmed. To calculate change amount, enter the amount displayed on the transaction tab and the system will calculate change amount.
5. Click on the Commit button to finalize.
How to choose payment method?
1. Open the POSweb application.
2. Go to the POS tab.
3. Decide what type of payment you want to add. You can choose between:
- Contract payment
- Prepaid
- Unsettled
- Product
In this case, click on the Pay your contract button.
4. Select a relevant transaction and click on the To be settled button.
5. Click on the thee dots icon to select payment method.
In this case, select Cash.

How to mix different payment methods?
1. Open the POSweb application.
2. Go to the POS tab.
3. Decide what type of payment you want to add. You can choose between:
- Contract payment
- Prepaid
- Unsettled
- Product
In this case, choose Product, i.e. Protein bar.
4. Click on the thee dots icon.
5. Click on the Mix button.
6. Add the selected payment method, i.e. Cash.
7. Add another payment method, i.e. Money transfer.
8. Click on the Pay button to finish.
How to charge prepaid on POSweb?
1. Open the POSweb application.
2. Select the POS tab.
3. Click on the Account deposit button.
4. Click on the Prepaid charge button to charge the amount.
The system will display a default value in the Amount field. You can change it by clicking on the Amount field and entering the actual amount you want to charge the member with.
5. Select the payment method - Card or Cash.
6. The amount will be displayed in the Prepaid Account section.
How to find information on club member’s transactions?
Below, you will find two most common and easiest ways of searching for transaction details. To get more detailed information, go to this article.
1. Open the POSweb application.
2. Select the POS tab.
3. Click on the Payments button.
By default, you will see the All payments tab. If you are searching for a specific unprocessed payment, click on the Unprocessed payments tab to find it easier.
4. Tick the All computers in the club checkbox to see all transactions made on POSweb. Otherwise, you will see only the transactions made on the POSweb application under this precise computer.
5. Select the time period of the transaction you are searching. The results of your search will be displayed immediately.
