Introduction
In this article, you will learn about the updated Warehouse Inventory tab interface in PGM. This new view is designed to simplify stock management and stocktaking processes by providing a clearer overview of product quantities, improved filtering capabilities, and centralized inventory actions. It supports club operations by making the tracking of physical stock versus system records more intuitive and efficient.

Before you start
If you would like to enable this updated interface, please contact our Support Team and ask them to enable the System.Warehouse.NewWarehouseInventoryView.IsEnabled setting in your system configuration.
Feature description
To access the updated interface, navigate to PGM -> Sales -> Warehouse -> Warehouse Inventory.
Filtering and Search
At the top of the screen, you can use the following filters to narrow down your list:
Warehouse: Select the specific club or storage location you want to manage.
Product name: Enter a specific name to find an item quickly.
Show deleted products: Turn this on to include deleted items in the list, or off to hide them.
Show archived products: Turn this on to view archived products, or off to hide them.
Inventory List Overview
The main table displays your stock with several helpful columns. You can filter each individual column using the search box located directly above the headers:
Product name: The official name of the item.
Quantity: The current stock level recorded in the system.
Last modified: The date of the most recent change to this product entry.
Actual quantity: The physical count currently found in the warehouse.
Quantity at inventory: The recorded quantity at the moment the stocktake began.
Inventory date: The timestamp of the inventory record.
Editing Products
To modify a specific item, click the Edit Icon located on the right side of the product row.
Actions Button
In the upper right corner, the Actions button provides several critical management tools:
Batch upload: Allows you to upload an .xls file to update product quantities in bulk.
Finalize inventory count: Select this to approve your counts and finalize the warehouse documents.
Clear inventory: Use this to restart the inventory count from scratch if mistakes were made before finalization.
Download inventory protocol: Use this option to download the inventory template. You can fill this file in and then use the Batch upload to update product quantities.
