Before you start
If this is a feature you'd like to explore and is new to you, please contact the PerfectGym Support Team using Get Support to enable this feature within your PGM environment.
This will affect ALL clubs if this feature is turned on.
Instruction
How to turn on the recording postcode against each regular sale?
1. Go to PGM > Settings > System Settings
2. Under General Settings, click PosWeb and tick the setting Save payer postal code in the system storage
How to use this feature during a sale in POSWeb?
1. Login to POSWeb and click on the shopping trolley
2. Select Sale without club member.
3. Choose a product you would like to sell using the POS panel or search for the product using the search bar. Once the product is ready to be sold, choose your payment method.
4. In the new pop-up window enter the postal code and then click Commit to finalise the transaction.
Hints
- You will be able to record the postal code regardless of what payment method is used.
