Introduction
Warehouse state displays the information on Product Number or Quantity, Unit of measurement, Price, Total value and Expiration date of each Product on stock. You can easily check the current Quantity of Products in a given club.
- This article will show you how to view the current stock state with details on each of your Products stored in the Warehouse.
- This article will be helpful to PG Champion, Club Manager, Administrator, Accountancy and Club Owner.
Instruction
1. Go to the PGM -> Sale -> Warehouse -> Warehouse state.
2. In Filters, you can decide what type of information you want to search for. Here, you can find the list of all available Filters:
- Club - decide if you want to see the information about one chosen club or all clubs within your company.
- Warehouse date - you can choose the date from the calendar and see how many Products were available on stock on a given date.
- Product name - you can check the state of one chosen Product. Enter the Name to see the details on a given Product.
- Category - decide if you want to see the information about one chosen Product Category, or select all Categories.
- Threshold reached - tick this checkbox if you want to see only these Products that you are currently running off stock.
To see the Threshold reached, you have to define the Threshold limit in the Product settings.
- Supplier - decide if you want to see the information about one chosen Product Supplier. Here, you will see the list of all Products coming from the chosen Supplier.
3. After adding filters, you will see all Products and following details:
- Id - it is a unique Product number assigned by the system.
- Product - it is a Product name entered during the Product configuration process.
- Quantity - it is the quantity of the Product on stock.
- Threshold - it is the minimum Product Quantity in Warehouse for which, when reached, an exclamation mark alert will be displayed on POSweb. It informs you that you are running out off stock and you need to order more of this Product.
- Unit - it is the information about the unit of measurement used for each Product. I.e. pieces, ml, gram.
- Amount - it is the total value of all Products on stock automatically calculated by the system according to this pattern: Product Net price x Product Quantity.
- Expiration date - it is the date informing when the Product will no longer be good for use.
- Documents - it is used when you want to open the list of all Warehouse documents related to a specific Product.
4. You can also export the above information to the Excel file. Click on the Export to Excel button in the right upper corner.
