Introduction
The club employees' working time and attendance can be monitored via the Time and attendance module in the PGM. This article will explains how to use this feature on the POSweb and how to manually add changes to the attendance data via the PGM system. It will allow the Club Manager to monitor their staff working time and absences as well as reporting for employee commissions calculations.

To activate this feature, contact the PerfectGym Support Team to set up the setting Time and attendance module for you.
Instruction
How to enter or exit the club via POSweb?
To be able to choose one of the reasons for entry / exit the club, please scan the employee band or card on the card reader at the reception and choose one of the reasons:
After choosing one of the reasons, the hours of individual actions will be visible in the Reports Employee Worktime Details and Employee Worktime Summary.
Working time and absences are also stored on the Employee account in the PGM. There, you can modify the data and add it manually in case of the absence of scans for the day.
- To do so, go to the PGM -> Clubs -> Employees -> Employees.
- Select the employee you want to make changes to.
- Click on the blue pencil icon to edit the data.
- Click on the Add new element button for adding a new entry.
