Introduction
Dashboard widgets enable capturing ‘at a glance’ the snapshots of various club performance metrics. Based on system permissions setup, it is possible to provide access to widgets to particular system roles, i.e. to the club reception. This article shows how the dashboard widgets may enhance the Front Desk performance and provide assistance in day-to-day work.

Feature description
These widgets are connected with the member's and club's general activity and retention.
1. Weather widget - shows today's weather for the current time of the day, and the following day's forecast.
- It is by default set for noon and fed with the club’s city and country.
- It uses the external API for the weather forecast.
The "Refresh" button doesn't work because we only have a limited number of API calls available.
2. Today's visits widget - shows the count of all today's visits by hour of the entry date,
- Note that if a member walks in the club at 8:59 am, the system counts it as the "eight o'clock" entry.
Now in club value might be inaccurate for those companies that have no exit turnstiles. In this case, members remain 'in club' until the system automatically marks them as non-present (this feature is configurable in the PGM). Also, in technical terms, it checksUserPresenceInClubentity with a specified list of clubs, for the actual day, for chosen user type. It can exclude/include employees and then group them by IsPresence property into present and not present.
3. Visits in club widget - shows the count of all visits grouped by the chosen time period.
4. Members by contract time widget - shows members' contracts in "Current" status by how many months have passed since their start date.
Free contracts are excluded.
5. Visits per member widget - shows all members (or guests) grouped by how many times they have visited the club between one month ago and present.
6. Live members history widget - shows the count of all contracts that were in 'Current' status as of the end of each given month.
Free and additional contracts are excluded.
7. Perfect member widget - shows all members who have a contract in "Current" status grouped by retention index. It does not include "free" contracts (benefits).
In other words it shows 'live' members, who are defined by simply having a current contract with a membership fee not equal to '0', with any home club assigned.
The number of stars is calculated based on how many visits a member had during last month:
- 0 -1 Visits = 1 star
- 2 Visits = 2 stars
- 3 Visits = 3 stars
- 4 or more visits = 4 stars
