Introduction
Widgets enable capturing ‘at a glance’ the snapshots of various club performance metrics. Based on system permissions setup, it is possible to provide access to widgets to particular system roles, i.e. to the club managers. This article shows how the dashboard widgets may enhance the club's performance.
Feature description
These widgets are connected with the club's sales and product.
1. Net gain widget - shows each month's gain (increase or decrease) in the number of contracts.
- The numbers result from subtracting the count of contracts that started each month from the count of contracts that ended the same month.
- Free contracts are excluded.
2. Month results widget - shows all results from the current month:
- PT - all non-manual Personal Trainings sold (regardless of the actual number of PT's done or not),
- Contract transactions - all non-manual contract transactions,
- Front Desk - all non-manual POS transaction excluding PT's,
- New contracts - the sum of full agreement value of all non-free non-additional contracts that have Start Date in the current month,
- Debtors live - sum of debt value of debtors who have an active contract in "Current" status. (no 'payment in progress'),
- Debtors total - sum of debt value of all debtors (no 'payment in progress').
3. New contracts widget - shows all contracts with start date or sign-up day this month or today grouped by commitment period.
- Free and additional contracts are excluded.
The commitment periods are divided into groups:
- under 3 months
- 3-5 months (inclusive)
- 6-11 months (inclusive)
- 12-23 months (inclusive)
4. Freezes of contracts widget - shows the count of how many members were (or will be) frozen for at least 1 day in a given month.
5. Retention widget - shows the number of members' contracts within a period of time.
I.e. if you take into consideration last month, the graph is plotted based on how many contracts remained active each month after that time. Different lines represent different commitment periods.
- Free and additional contracts are excluded.
- If a member renews their contract, then he/she is still considered active on this widget.
- By renewal, we understand a new contract that comes after the old contract at most the number of days declared in setting 'Contract.IsContractContinued.DaysDiff' (default is 1).
6. Sales by product category widget - shows all non-manual POS sales grouped by product category.
- Membership transactions are excluded.
7. Reception sales widget - show all non-manual POS sales grouped by receptionist
- PT and membership transactions are excluded.
8. Consultant sales widget - shows the sum of full agreement value of all contracts that have Start Date or Signup Date in the current month, grouped by consultant employee.
- Free and additional contracts are excluded.
9. Personal trainings widget - shows PT's done and grouped by the trainers' names.
10. Payment plan types widget - shows all current contracts grouped by payment plan types.
- Free contracts are included.
11. Payment plans widget - shows all contracts with a start date or sign-up date in current month grouped by payment plan name.
- Free and additional contracts are excluded.
12. Future contract endings widget - shows canceled contracts grouped by month of their ending.
- Free contracts are excluded.
13. Contract cancellations widget - shows all contract canceled within a period of time.
- 'Last month' means that the contract end date is between 1 month ago and present
- 'Last year' means that the contract end date is between 1 year ago and present
