Introduction
The recipients of the Notification e-mails generated by the use of the Automation, by default, see the PerfectGym address in the "From" field.
However, in case of a need, you can set up a different e-mail address and add the name displayed in the "From" field. This feature will also allow the recipients to reply to your emails so that you could stay in close touch and see the correspondence in your club or employee e-mail inbox.
You can configure it globally for all the emails sent by Automation or in selected Automation rules.
Automation rule configuration has higher priority than global configuration.
Before you start
- To enable the use of your e-mail address in Automation, your e-mail address must be verified. Go to this article to find information on how to do it.
- Also, you can not use an e-mail address you do not own. This is to prevent fraud.

How to configure default "From" address for all email notifications?
1. Go to the PGM -> System settings, Automation -> Notifications.
2. Change the "From" e-mail address to one of the verified e-mails.
- If you leave it empty, the default PerfectGym e-mail address will be used instead.
This configuration can be overridden in the Automation rule as well.

1. In Automation rule Editor, you can change the default "From" e-mail address to one of the verified e-mails.
- If you leave it empty, the default PerfectGym e-mail address will be used instead, or a "From" e-mail from the System settings will be used.
